85 km west of Helsinki, there is a pond in the yard, distances to actual swimming beaches: public beach 600 m (Spa Päiväkumpu's beach), lake Puujärvi 1.8 km away. Log chalet, 1896, on the ground floor: living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, dining area, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two beds, a toilet and a shower. Upper floor: kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (this bedroom has two shallow ends as a sleeping space for kids), a toilet and a shower. The house itself does not have a sauna, but guests can use sauna (electric stove) and a shower in the barn building, which also has a small chicken barn. Sauna turns can be booked from the owner. There is also room with fire place in the barn building. There is also a smoke sauna on the estate for rent. By the smoke sauna there is for rent wood-fired hot tub and cool tub. Price 450 € + VAT altogether for smoke sauna and both tubs. The first heating of the hot tub is included in the price. After that client can heat it himself. There are also other recreational facilities, which are available for a separate charge: mat hall, cultural attic (suitable for banquets) and gallery Vanha Passi (number 12646).

Cosy log house in the idyllic village of Karjalohja. The villa is a restored according to old log building traditions. The villa's courtyard with its old trees is unique, both in summer and in winter. Vanha Passi estate is one of the Karjalohja´s oldest estates. The farm was built in 1860, Villa Vanha Passi 1896, barn and other buildings in the 1920s. The owner of the place lives in the yard and will be happy to tell the history of the state and future plans for guests. In summer, guests can use a trampoline, a table tennis table and bicycles. Also camp fire place and gas grill on the yard. Good opportunities for outdoor activities all year round. Spa Hotel Päiväkumpu is within walking distance. There available wide range of services. Note! Pets are allowed only by separate payment. Pet fee is 30 €.

  Mökki eli paremminkin huvila oli täydellisen toimiva ja kauniisti ja hyvällä maulla remontoitu; vanha ja uusi sopivat hyvin yhteen.
